Once Upon A Time...

This is a manipulation for the contest Once Upon A Time by Opaque-Studios ( [link] ).

I chose to do the story of the Fox Sister ( [link] ). It's a story about a couple who had three male children in hopes for a female. Their fourth child was a female, but she was cursed with the ability to transform into a fox and back to human. To become fully human, the female had to eat livers of both animal and human. The scene that I took from the fairy tale is...

"He threw the blue bottle behind him, and trapped her in a river, but as a fox, she swam ashore."

Basically a chase scene.

What I took from that is I took the boy (the youngest brother, in this case) and made him the horse, running just past a river through the night as the fox is stuck in the middle of the river.

I made the fox demonic, as it /is/ a liver eating fox.

So... There's my correlation.
